At Premier ER & Urgent Care approximately 85% of patients are treated and billed at urgent care level rates. The 15% of patients requiring ER-level services should expect ER-level billing at or below all major hospital-based emergency rooms.

It is important to note that the out-of-pocket costs to a patient will likely differ significantly from the prices in this spreadsheet.
Your insurance company negotiates rates with Premier and, depending on the particular plan, your out-of-pocket expenses may differ significantly. If you do not have insurance, you may be eligible for a discount which will greatly reduce the out-of-pocket costs for your visit.
