What to Do During an Asthma Attack

That’s why our facilities remain open 24/7 for emergency services, and we also operate urgent care services from 7 AM to 9 PM. Medical emergencies don't adhere to regular business hours, and neither do we.

Should you or a loved one experience an asthma attack, it's essential to act quickly. Start by sitting up straight and trying to remain calm. If a rescue inhaler or nebulizer has been prescribed, take one puff every 30-60 seconds, up to a maximum of 10 puffs.

If symptoms do not improve after using the rescue inhaler, or if they worsen, seek immediate medical attention. If asthma symptoms occur for the first time without prescribed treatment, also be sure to seek immediate medical attention.
